Recognized as a leader in his community and nationally as a retired National Football League player, Sr. Pastor Tony McCoy has experienced a widely successful career spanning in the areas of professional sports and ministry leadership. He has advised, consulted and mentored business owners and professional athletes around the world. As a Senior Pastor and a prosperous entrepreneur, Tony’s relentless passion for developing potential in others permeates every aspect of his ministry.


Tony and his wife, Jodie, founded a non-denominational church called Hope International, affectionately known as the "The Be Real" church, located in Groveland, Florida. Together, they started Hope International in 2004 with their three children; Khrystyna, TJ and Isaiah. The ministry has flourished from five members to one of the fastest growing churches in Central Florida. As a Pastor, he brings creative and innovative vision with an "out of the box" approach for ministering to all cultures and age groups. His passion for breaking down the walls of racism and crossing cultural lines, has helped to change poverty mindsets. His proven leadership skills and notable ministry teachings have become a model for community impact and reform.


Sr. Pastor Tony McCoy was born and raised in Orlando, Florida and is the oldest of four children. Tony experienced and overcame many hardships in life, which allows him to relate well with various multicultural demographics. His desire is to teach others that through Christ, they can surpass the enemy's obstacles of drugs, crime, poverty and unfulfilled relationships. Sr. Pastor Tony received a Bachelors Degree in Sociology in 2001 from the University of Florida and went on to obtained his Doctorate of Divinity on March 11, 2019 from International Seminary. Tony McCoy’s athletic excellence led him to play in the NFL for eight years with the Indianapolis Colts and two years with the Arizona Cardinals. During his NFL career, he was a recognized professional football player and had the joy of leading many of his teammates into a personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ.
